Companies – Subscription Benefits:

- You select your preferred professionals and take them forward with your own recruitment process

*Additional Roles – additional matching services for different roles within the same company, same level and same office (e.g one Intern Structural Engineer and one intern Electrical Engineer, both in the Auckland office) there is a small administration fee of $145.
ADDED VALUE: The subscription is a flat rate and this includes one matching service and the opportunity to take on up to 3 young professionals per subscription. Note: Companies can have more than one subscription.
This service saves you time and money, by selecting the best pool of young professional for you (saving you hassle of reviewing hundreds of irrelevant CVs). You watch the online 3min interview videos in the comfort of your home, office or with others to make a discussion on who to take forward using your own recruiting process.
ADDITIONAL FEATURE: Full-time permanent subscriptions are now available (starting from just $2,495) and includes one matching service and allows for one young professional to be employed per subscription.
